At WealthTitanz, we are committed to providing high-quality trading education. We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible courses. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
  • You must have watched/attended less than 20% of the course content
  • No certificates or completion badges have been issued
  • The course was not purchased at a special discounted price marked as "non-refundable"

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • NISM Certification Courses: Once you have registered for the NISM exam through our platform, the course becomes non-refundable as exam fees are non-recoverable.
  • Workshops and Seminars: One-time workshop tickets and live seminar registrations are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior approval.
  • One-on-One Mentorship: Personal mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled or conducted.
  • Promotional/Discounted Courses: Courses purchased at heavy discounts (50% or more) or during special promotional campaigns marked as "non-refundable."
  • Subscription Services: Monthly or annual subscription fees for trading signals or advisory services after the subscription period has started.
  • Downloadable Resources: E-books, templates, indicators, or other downloadable materials once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to wealthtitanz@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Course Name]."
  2. Provide Details: Include your order ID, registered email address, reason for refund, and any feedback that could help us improve our courses.
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and verify that you meet the refund eligibility criteria.
  4. Approval Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request with detailed reasoning.
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we process the refund.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Currency Conversion: If you paid in a foreign currency, refunds will be processed in the same currency. Any currency conversion charges or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Course Access: Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the course materials, community forums, and any associated resources will be immediately revoked.
  • Multiple Refund Requests: We reserve the right to decline future enrollments if we notice a pattern of enrolling in courses and requesting refunds repeatedly.

Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevented you from accessing the course for an extended period (and we were unable to resolve them promptly)
  • Course content or curriculum was significantly different from what was advertised at the time of purchase
  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake (full refund for one of the duplicate transactions)

Partial refund amounts and eligibility will be determined by WealthTitanz on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy for Live Sessions

For courses that include live sessions (webinars, workshops, mentorship calls):

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled live session, you will have access to the recording (if available). This does not qualify you for a refund.
  • If WealthTitanz cancels or reschedules a live session, you will be notified in advance and given the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a recording.
  • Repeated absences from scheduled one-on-one mentorship sessions without prior notice may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions without refund.

Course Modifications and Updates

We continuously update our courses to reflect current market conditions, new strategies, and student feedback. Minor modifications, updates, or improvements to course content do not entitle students to refunds. If we make major changes that significantly alter the course scope or value, we will notify enrolled students and provide options accordingly.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances can change. If you have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund outside of our standard policy (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.), please contact our support team with documentation. We will review your case individually and may make exceptions at our sole discretion.
